They are responsible for overseeing junior engineers, coordinating with other teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This role often requires strong leadership, technical expertise in electrical systems, and experience in design, construction, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and mentoring a team of electrical engineers and designers, providing guidance and direction on technical matters.
Overseeing the electrical design process from concept to completion, ensuring designs are accurate, efficient, and compliant with relevant standards and regulations.
Collaborating with other teams (e.g., architects, mechanical engineers, construction teams) to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
Applying in-depth knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, control systems, and safety regulations.

Developing and managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed within established constraints.
Ensuring the quality and accuracy of electrical designs, conducting design reviews, and implementing quality control measures.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Significant experience in electrical design, ideally within a consulting engineering or design-build environment.
Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., IEC, NEC), and experience with power systems, lighting design, and control systems.
