JOB SUMMARY:
Our client, a global leader in FMCG, is seeking an analytical, efficient and cross-functional Lean Manufacturing Manager with an engineering qualification and comprehensive knowledge of Lean Six Sigma to join their team in in the Western Cape.

Professionals should have at least 3 years’ experience implementing Continuous Improvement and TPM approaches within FMCG manufacturing / supply chain. A hands-on factory floor approach is also required. Applicants should inspire trust and act with a high degree of integrity and personal commitment.

The principal responsibility of the role will be driving productivity programs and building Lean Six Sigma capabilities from personally facilitated Black Belt projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
Degree or Diploma within the Engineering field
Min. 3 years’ experience in a similar role within FMCG Manufacturing
Results-driven with strong decision making abilities
Excellent communication skills
Ability to travel nationally to factory/plant sites as required
