JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main Purpose of Role:

To manage the design, development, and facilitation of learning interventions. Responsible for identifying training and development needs within an organisation. Work closely with business managers and human resources (HR) departments to design and implement training and development programmes and organisational wide competence at ITalk Holdings. This role will execute these duties in line strategic agenda.

Required Minimum Education:

Matric/Grade 12 (Essential)
O-DETDP Diploma (Essential)
B.com in HR (advantageous)
FAIS Credits (min 30 credits in short-term insurance)
Candidate must have their own car

Required Minimum Work Experience:

3-5 years’ prior experience in a similar role
3 years’ experience as a Learning and Development Facilitator/Assessor/Moderator
Experience in the implementation of training programs and liaison with Services SETA
Experience working with the SETAs

Key Performance Areas:

Identification and management of learning interventions & SDF Functions
Client Relationship Management
Quality Assurance Management & Special Projects
Reporting
Providing support and assistance to staff by conducting team meetings to address issues raised
