SUMMARY:
Lexdan Select is assisting a multinational renewable energy company with their search for a Legal Counsel, based in Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Responsible for negotiating, drafting and reviewing key commercial contracts.
Provide support in addressing, resolving and managing legal issues.
Manage litigation processes.
Engage with both external and internal legal/advisory resources.

Requirements:

Completed LLB and must be an Admitted Attorney.
Minimum 8 years post articles experience working in either the energy, mining, utilities, construction, or oil and gas industry.
In-house legal experience is a non-negotiable.
Open to travelling occasionally.
