The Legal Risk and Compliance Manager will support operational infrastructure and efficiencies which includes focusing on internal affairs of the organisation and utilise their skills and experience in governance, administration and business management to work with the boards to identify and manage legal and compliance matters.

Skills required:

Oversee the legal risk and compliance department which includes the following functions:

Statutory, Legal contract, data security; and OHS management. Risk, compliance, and contract management is a core focus of the role.

Risk mitigation.
Identify and manage legal and compliance matter.
Align company’s strategies and new initiatives to achieve the company’s goals.

Experience required

10 years experience in a senior management role
8 years experience in legal risk and compliance management in a corporate/group environment
5 years risk management experience
Experience in data security

Qualification:

LLB Degree
