SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary / Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to our executive and legal teams. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional knowledge of legal procedures and terminology, with a strong ability to interpret, draft, and manage legal documents—particularly contracts and lease agreements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Draft, format, and review legal documents including contracts, lease agreements, NDAs, service level agreements, and correspondence.
Interpret and summarize legal documentation and provide clear, concise support to management.
Manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential information with discretion.
Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations as required by senior management.
Liaise with internal departments, clients, attorneys, and external stakeholders to facilitate the flow of legal documentation and administrative tasks.
Maintain a well-organized filing system for legal and corporate documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Track deadlines and renewal dates for leases, contracts, and legal obligations.
Provide administrative support such as travel arrangements, expense reporting, and document management for senior executives.
Assist with compliance and regulatory filings when necessary.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role within a legal or corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of legal terminology, legal documents, and legal procedures.
Demonstrated ability to interpret and draft legal agreements, especially commercial contracts and lease agreements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with legal management software is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

LLB Preferred.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a legal secretarial or executive assistant role.
Experience in corporate law, real estate law, or contract law is highly desirable.

PACKAGE & REMUNERATION:

Compensation will be determined based on qualifications, applicable experience, and previous earnings.
