Line Manager - Clothing

SUMMARY:
Durban - A Line manager position in the clothing/manufacturing industry has become available and attracts a leader that has extensive knowledge and experience within the clothing industry!

POSITION INFO:
The right candidate for this position will be required to manage, oversee and train multiple lines whilst maintaining quality, efficiancy and on the spot problem solving. They will be required to have a minimum of 5 years experience as a CMT line manager working within the retail supply sector.

You will be required to :

- Manage production outputs
- Check on production quality and efficiency
- Train and upskill those within your team
- Demonstrate and teach operations to machinists
- Ensure deadlines are met and Deliveries are made
- Problem-solve and improve processes and procedures to ensure optimum manufacturing output
- Sound knowledge of garment construction ranging from basics to complex lined garments for the ladies and kids wear

Salary offered: R12 000 - R15 000 Dependant on experience
