Requirements
- Experience in Liquor Store Management - Spar Tops - advantageous.
- Previous experience managing a liquor store, including daily operations, staff supervision, and customer interaction, is essential.
- Knowledge of Gross Profit and Stock Control:
- Strong understanding of gross profit margins, inventory management, and stock optimization to minimize losses.
- Proficiency in Inventory Systems:
- Experience with inventory management tools is required. Knowledge of Sigma software is a plus.
- Reliable Transport:
- Own transport is essential for commuting and operational flexibility.
- Strong Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, staff, and suppliers.

- Capable of overseeing sales, customer service, and inventory while ensuring profitability through gross margin analysis.
