Our client is a structural steel works contracting company

Job Description

Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines and ensure all teams and stakeholders are aligned with the program.
Manage and coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle: from supply and fabrication to delivery, painting, and installation.
Drive and chase subcontractors (supply, fabrication, installation, painting, etc.) to ensure progress is on track and timelines are met.
Oversee procurement activities , ensuring materials and services are sourced cost-effectively and timeously.
Monitor and track live project expenses , ensuring budgets are adhered to and cost overruns are flagged and managed.
Ensure clear communication between engineering, workshop, site teams, and clients.

Qualifications

A Technical qualification will be an advantage

Skills

A minimum of 3 years’ experience within the steel fabrication sector or construction as a Project Manager
Must know how to use Microsoft Excel
Own transport is essential
