SUMMARY:
A Top Five Star Lodge in Sabi Sands is looking for a MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

POSITION INFO:
Candidate Requirements:

• Maintenance Diploma or tertiary qualification in Maintenance and related fields
• At least 3 years of maintenance experience in a five star safari lodge
• Excellent experience in air-con and refrigeration
• Excellent experience in electrical and plumbing
• Must have very strong pool maintenance skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Driver’s License is essential
• Valid First Aid Certification
• Eye for detail and good all-rounder in all aspects of maintenance
• Must have a great personality - friendly and positive
• Experience and ability to train maintenance staff
• Must be physically fit with sober habits and in good health
• Honest person with high sense of integrity
• Sense of ownership and pride in work
• Well groomed, good personal hygiene & presentable
• Strong work ethic, ability to work unsupervised, work flexible hours and extended hours.
• Empathetic and compassionate personality
• Passionate about conservation
• Must have a genuine love for the job
