JOB SUMMARY:
A fast growing manufacturing company for HDPE piping systems in Pretoria, requires the full-time services of a Management Accountant to join their dynamic team ASAP.
This company offers an excellent career opportunity with projects in mining, industrial and agricultural environments.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties and responsibilities:
Monthly and interim financial reporting
Ensure optimal use of Financial ERP system
Financial analysis, variances and cost savings - business improvement
Preparation for financial audits (year end)
Drive business and strategic plans for best results
Manage debtors and creditors, optimize cash flow
Maintain financial and administrative control, follow policy and procedure
Stock control
Monthly tax management - PAYE, VAT, UIF, Income tax - filing and payment
Wages and salaries including allowances/disbursements, on Pastel
BBBEE verification and compliance
Legal functions including insurance contracts
Cashflow and petty cash control
Manage team to achieve objectives, best business results

Experience and Qualifications:
The successful incumbent will hold an Honours degree in BCom Accounting or BCom Financial Management (CIMA advantageous)
2-3 years related experience in a manufacturing or construction/project environment essential
Pastel and MS Office knowledge
Excellent communication skills and work ethic
Analytical and innovative
Results driven with attention to detail
Team player, yet solid leadership skills
