SUMMARY:
Managing Director - Security/Guarding

POSITION INFO:

Managing Director: Security is responsible for the success and growth of multi – faceted Security Guarding business units. The incumbent will work closely with the Group Managing Director in formulating strategies and developing long-term goals and objectives for the business units that report in. It is an inherent requirement of this role that the successful person must be self–disciplined, self – driven, have a strong sense of ownership and urgency and takes pride in his performance.

Requirements:

Min 3 years MD experience in a service delivery business
8 years’ experience in managing operations on a national basis of which 4 years has been on EXCO
Proven track record in managing a large budget.
Extensive knowledge and experience in manpower management and Easy Roster experience.
Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the Safety and Security industry and its associated business practices.
A leader with proven ability with regards to Relationship Building and Management.
