POSITION INFO:

Our client in the Marketing Industry based in Port Elizabeth is currently looking to employ a Market Research Account Manager.

Requirements:

5 years or more experience in a research environment or client interfacing role essential
Experience in a research agency required, and retail tracking experience preferable.
Degree-level qualification – Business, Marketing, Statistics preferable.
Ability to write proposals/reports and present in front of an audience.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines.
Self-motivator.
Team player.
Proficiency with MS Office packages a must – good Excel Knowledge required i.e. pivot tables and charts.
Presentable, passionate, and energetic.
Solid knowledge of the research process and some analytical skills.
Business acumen.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Own Transport required.
Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Manager.
Responsible and accountable for managing the entire client account (Client Liaison).
Developing the existing client account/business and new client business.
Final check of data delivered to client and manage data queries.
Compile and analyse final presentation delivered to client.
Discuss and Agree timing of data delivery to client.
Account Management.
Manage and liaise with internal service departments.
Complete internal meeting information and feedback as required for team and attend the meetings.
Client Queries.
