JOB SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity exists within the Professional Services space for a young, Marketing professional with the desire to be part of a team in the Insurance sector.

This is a hybrid role where your strategic Marketing knowledge & ability to generate content and drive engagement will be called upon and utilised daily.

A capable, energetic multi-tasker will have the opportunity to oversee, implement and manage the entire marketing strategy of the business. To ultimately drive and propose consistent, quality implementation).

Day to day – social media and campaigns
Implement strategy
Internal marketing
General marketing briefs, manage the rollout, coordinate and manage company/brand events (RSVP, set up/support in coordinating, logistics, etc)
Ensure supporting collateral (both tangible, promotional items/literature exists as well as digital/online content and is always up-to-date and in circulation)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Focus area of this role/what’s expected of you:

Ensure smooth running of all marketing activity.
Coordinate efforts across several tasks and projects.
Ensuring streamlined workflow against required tasks to produce quality output.
Manage and collate pieces to support the business & relevant stakeholders
Engage and manage relationship: working with agency partner
- Content ideation, generation, and management are required particularly on Social Media platforms.

Liaise and manage Online media/news
Obtain approval from the compliance division on content
You will be involved in online events.

This will include the registration of attendees and all related, relevant and timely comms.

Training- Online Academy
- Oversee all touch points of broker training and development
- Manage planning of events, roadshows etc.
- Driving the planning and execution of all brand events and supporting materials.

Skillset

Able to understand a Marketing plan/strategy and implement/run with it -managing all components to ensure delivery and successful execution throughout the process.
Proactive
Takes initiative
Experience in copywriting, proofreading, copy editing, and copy correction is advantageous
Strong command of the English language
Correct grammar and spelling and an eye for detail

Advantageous: experience working with Data & Analytics (as related to Social Media efforts/campaigns)

Experience
Minimum education: A completed Marketing or Communications and/or Business Qualification at National Diploma or Degree level

3 years of Marketing experience
Ideally experience of 3 years working in B2B or on a Professional Services brand
Proven track record 1-2 years’ experience in leading Content efforts for a brand/business
Experience in Brand management or managing a Brand within an agency environment
Project & Workflow management
Knowledge of Digital Advertising – including but not limited to Social, SEO, and PPC
Proficient in LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook Business, etc
Good with numbers, aptitude to oversee and manage budgets (as related to spend/recons etc)

Additional responsibilities of this role

You will be expected to obtain client testimonials as well as internal testimonials/team member endorsements/success stories
Propose original/interesting ways of compiling these (video, audio, etc with graphics) and share on the appropriate platforms/channels.
Experience in managing B2B comms and several communities/Groups or Pages on appropriate Social Media platforms
Highly resourceful – in gaining an understanding of the Social media platform potential and restrictions
