Marketing & Sales Administrator

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update all internal and external product/company branding materials (labels, brochures etc.)
• Work with Regional Managers on JIT (just-in-time) and OTM (on-the-minute) requests
• Maintain master baskets bi-annually
• Label supplier reports and recon
• Source, cost and disseminate hampers to selected customers
• Create, update and maintain marketing events and meeting calendars
• Collate, prepare and create reports for the marketing ledger
• Prepare, arrange, plan and cost affiliation and external events, training and meetings
• Client mix labels and details
• Leaf analysis reports, invoices and data capturing
• Capture, log, cost and create promotional material for Regional Manager and R&D trials for marketing

Requirements:

• Experience in Marketing/ Sales Administration
• Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Business would be advantageous
• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design would be advantageous
• Corel draw/Adobe Illustrator
• Experience/training in Events Management/Co-ordination
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English 
• MS Office
• Willingness to travel (within reason)
• Willingness to attend conferences and work overtime if needed
