SUMMARY:
Join a global industry leader as a Marketing Automation Specialist, where you’ll drive revenue growth by designing cutting-edge automation strategies. Leverage CRM integrations, email campaigns, and data-driven insights to revolutionize lead nurturing, customer engagement, and conversion optimization.

POSITION INFO:

Develop end-to-end marketing automation workflows (lead scoring, segmentation, personalization)
Optimize CRM integrations (Marketo) to align sales/marketing pipelines
Execute high-impact email marketing campaigns with A/B testing and performance analytics
Analyze campaign performance (Google Analytics, Tableau) to refine conversion rates and ROI
Ensure compliance with global regulations (GDPR, POPIA) across digital initiatives
Pilot emerging marketing tech to enhance automation scalability.

Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
3+ years in marketing automation, digital marketing, or CRM management
Expertise in platforms like Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Pardot
Proven skill in email marketing, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping
Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Adobe Analytics)
Strong A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) background
Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and adept at cross-functional collaboration
