Marketing Coordinator - Promotions and Events

Job Title: Marketing Coordinator Join our client as a Marketing Coordinator in the Western Cape region. We are looking for a mid-career professional with 4-6 years' experience to assist with various marketing tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate brand-aligned gifting, travel logistics, and promotional ordering (e.g. Amrod)
• Draft scripts, build PowerPoints, and assist with content for the Founder’s keynotes
• Repurpose leftover promo stock creatively and meaningfully
• Support event logistics (packing lists, visuals, studio setup)
• Be a sounding board, a right hand, and a brand guardian — especially when the Member Relations Manager is away
• Send personal messages and help execute high-touch communications with polish
• Capture what others miss: subtle cues, brand tone, and the heartbeat of the COMPANY Member

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or similar
