SUMMARY:
OneConnect Marketing is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Sales Specialist with agency sales experience. You will be responsible for developing new client relationships, nurturing current prospects, and growing agency revenue. Some leads will be provided, but we are looking for a true hunter, someone who knows how to find opportunities and close long-term/retainer contract deals.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
Leverage your existing book of business to generate immediate new revenue.
Create compelling strategies, presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Create Leads using multiple platforms/sources in collaboration with Marketing Team (website, social media, email marketing, cold calling).
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, and upselling.
Collaborate with internal Marketing team after the sale has been made to ensure client success.
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
Proficient in working on CRM.
Attend events and conferences to create and collect leads.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Marketing or digital agency sales.
Proven track record of closing deals and growing long-term client relationships.
Ability to work independently and thrive.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
