We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and inspiring Marketing and Communications manager.  In this role, you will report to the Chief Clients Officer, an executive team member.

POSITION INFO:
Role responsibilities:

• Lead the marketing and communications team
• Leading the development and delivery of creative brand and marketing strategies to elevate the brand, reputation, and influence in relevant markets, aligned to our overall business strategy, internally and externally;
• Leading all brand and marketing partnerships and events;
• Convert storytelling to powerful media campaigns;
• Developing external relationships and partnerships that will advance our position in the market, creating opportunities aligned to strategic objectives;
• Developing and executing a media and social media strategy that will support our market strategy;
• Leading and coaching the brand and marketing team to operational excellence, ensuring continuous development of digital marketing capabilities through innovation and flexibility towards new and changing markets;
• Ensuring that our brand identity is aligned to all organizational aspects of marketing;
• Working closely with business development teams, identifying market trends and opportunities;
• Managing multiple project deliverables and deadlines to achieve business outcomes; and
• Leading the ongoing content development of Zutari's internal platforms and assets

• Degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or Public Relations (or related field and/or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in leading and executing brand and marketing communications at an executive level in a corporate organization.
• Knowledge of the engineering industry, and infrastructure will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
