SUMMARY:
Looking for a Mechanical Engineer who will be responsible to monitor power plant processes and equipment, provide engineering designs and technical solutions, solve technical problems in collaboration with Operations and Maintenance and support the Manager in executing department objectives.

POSITION INFO:

Key Performance Areas

Execute design work
Contributes to the integrity of the asset base
Performs technical studies
Deliver standardization outputs
Manage the section human resources
Manage section finances

Knowledge:

Knowledge of fundamental engineering principles
Technical solving skills
SCADA and process control
Computers and basic IT
Knowledge of maintenance techniques
CAD or similar software
SAP
Design codes and standards
Safety consciousness
Technical report writing

Essential Qualifications:

Degree Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
GCC Factories (added advantage)
Professional Registration Body (ECSA as a candidate Engineer)
Driver’s license

Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience in Power Plants or Chemical Industry with experience in Mechanical and Process engineering
