POSITION INFO:

Leading property development company seeks to employ a graduate Mechanical Engineer to oversee the design, manufacture and implementation of projects. They have developed a novel Renewable Energy product that will provide sustainable energy solutions. Based in Midrand.

For the position you would be required to have:

B. Eng/ B. Sc in Mechanical Engineering ESSENTIAL
Registered as Pr. Eng with ECSA ESSENTIAL
Around 3 years' experience in mechanical project management

Responsibilities would include you to:

Analyzing project specifications, developing work schedules, and delegating tasks to different teams.
Completing blueprint designs using CAD software.
Ensuring that all engineering and manufacturing processes are in keeping with the health and safety regulations.
Supervising staff and manufacturing processes and making appropriate recommendations for improvement.
Collaborating with other engineers and technical personnel to develop instructional and training manuals where required.
Conducting research on field developments.
Liaising with clients and writing up reports for shareholders
Ensuring that each project stays within the allocated budget and timeframe.
Scheduling meetings and training sessions when necessary.
Ensuring that staff remains motivated by implementing feasible incentives

Remuneration package around R850k CTC per annum
