All-round Maintenance Technician – Food Industry - Relocate to the Netherlands

POSITION INFO:
Ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently:
● Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults to keep production lines running without interruption.
● Perform smart maintenance to keep our machinery in top condition – from AGVs to packaging robots.
● Develop and implement technical improvements to make our machinery more efficient and future-proof.
● Support colleagues and operators by answering technical questions and preventing minor issues from becoming major ones.
● Guide and train junior technicians, helping them grow into skilled professionals who contribute to a flawless production process.
● Our technical department plays a crucial role, where innovation and engineering go hand in hand.
● As an all-round technician, you’ll work in a dynamic environment with cutting-edge technologies, smart robotics, and advanced AGV solutions that keep production moving. Together with your team, you’ll tackle technical challenges and help optimise our 450-meter-long production lines.

On Offer:
A competitive salary of €3,550 – €5,150 (including 20% shift allowance).


● The ideal candidate is analytically strong and hands-on.
● 29 years and below
● A secondary vocational education diploma (MBO level 4) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering;
● At least 3 years of experience solving mechanical and electrical faults, preferably in an industrial setting;
● Proficiency in both Afrikaans and English;
● Open for a 3-shift system.
