Requirements:

• Grade 12 with relevant Tertiary education
• 2 years' experience in Recruitment environment
• NIMS knowledge and experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Experience with CRM databases (Placement Partner)
• Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)
• Strong relationship building with clients
• Manage response handling, oversee the full recruitment cycle, shortlisting applicants in alignment with client requirements and recruitment best practices
• Resilient, target-driven and able to work under pressure
• Contactable references
• Clear criminal record
