SUMMARY:
Our client based in the Medical Device industry is looking for a Medical Device Sales Administrator to be based in their Cape Town Branch (Northern Suburbs)
POSITION INFO:
Position: Medical Device Sales Administrator
Location: Cape Town (Northern Suburbs)
Minimum Educational Qualification Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- Pastel/Invoicing Experience (Preferred)
- Good communication skills (speaking and writing)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Front desk operations
- Filing, faxing and follow-ups for tender documents and requests for quotes (RFQ's).
- Completing and filling in tender documents and RFQ’s.
- Samples Despatch to hospitals/clinics.
- Clerical and filing operations.
- Calling hospitals and other institutions to follow up if quotes and tender documents have been received.
- Calling hospitals and other institutions to set appointments and meetings for the relevant sales reps.
- Following up with debtors and other customers for payments.
- To ensure that head office is always up to date with office operations
Primary Functions:
- Communicate with institution stores and buying departments.
- Communicate with courier companies.
- Submit RFQ’s and tender documents.
- Receive and despatch samples.
- Receive and dispatch small orders
