About the Role

We are looking for a vibrant, organised, and customer-obsessed Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday (full day) and Saturday mornings (half day). What You Will Do
- Greet and guide patients with genuine warmth, energy, and professionalism
- Manage appointment bookings and practitioner schedules seamlessly
- Answer calls, emails, and queries confidently and efficiently
- Handle billing and payments using Elixir Live (Altron HealthTech)
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Take payments at the time of consultation, follow up on outstanding accounts, and manage the debtor book
- Oversee day-to-day admin and keep the front office running like clockwork
- Support inventory, supplier coordination, and occasional reporting tasks
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in a medical practice or similar customer-facing environment
- Confidence using Elixir Live (essential)
- Understanding of Xero (advantageous)
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
- Ability to juggle tasks and stay calm under pressure
- A team player who brings energy, initiative, and attention to detail
- Must be available full-time: Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings
