What you must have:

5+ years experience within a similar field
A knockout portfolio (Behance, Dribbble, etc.)
Experience with marketing graphics and strict brand guidelines
Banner wizardry: lighting, reflections, shadows
Ability to shift designs to suit different audiences
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
