Mining Sales Manager - Construction Machinery

Mining Sales Manager with relevant marketing qualifications and minimum 5 year’s experience in sales and marketing of Earthmoving Equipment, required to expand, develop and maintain the market share throughout Africa.

Minimum requirements:

• Degree in Sales and Marketing preferred
• 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the African market specific to earthmoving equipment required
• Clear criminal and credit record essential
• Valid passport required

Responsibilities:

• Equipment sales – new and used mining equipment
• Marketing – New business opportunities, develop product development plans, sales budgets, strategies
• Dealer support – relationship management, prospecting sales and market share growth, product and sales training
• Customer relations – maintain and enhance internal & external relationship with all stakeholders
• Finance and administration – budget monitoring, reporting, reviewing and updating business plans and targets, planning and forecasting
