HR manager for Multinational leader :Pharmaceutical

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Midrand- corporate office

PHARMACEUTICAL Background is essential for the role (a minimum requirement)

Experienced candidate with relevant HR generalist expertise to join multinational leader, with more than 120 offices worldwide

Reporting to the CEO directly

5 years + experience in HR essential

The organisational culture -: Flat structure and top quality Leadership , highly supportive of their employees .

General HR function, implementing policies and processes, recruitment, performance management system, reward and recignition initiatives
