POSITION INFO:
🌟 We're Hiring: National Retail Operations Manager (Remote + Travel Required) 🌍
Salary: R 800 000 – R 960 000 per annum
Location: Remote (South Africa-based, with regular national travel)
Experience: 5+ years in retail operations leadership

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage national retail store operations
• Develop and implement strategic retail plans and performance analysis
• Drive compliance with legal, financial, and operational standards
• Identify and implement retail and sales improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with supply chain, legal, and finance teams
• Monitor KPIs and ensure consistent execution of brand standards
• Inspire and motivate regional and store-level teams

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail operations management
• Proven track record in strategic planning and retail performance analysis
• Strong understanding of compliance, legal, and supply chain processes
• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (BCom or a related field)
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (essential)
• Willingness to travel nationally, including to Cape Town
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Self-starter with a mature, confident, and motivating presence
