National Training Officer

Excellent career opportunity for a National Training Officer with leading global, Audit firm. The purpose of this position is to develop and implement a SAICA training programme vision for the firm that will enhance and improve their talent pipeline and contribute to the transformation of the profession.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Strategic Function
Compliance with Professional bodies
Stakeholder Management
Graduate Recruitment
People Management
Operational Management of the training office
Financial Management

Experience and qualifications required:

Registered CA(SA) with SAICA
Registered with IRBA
An experienced Auditor with at least 5 years post articles experience
Registered as an Assessor with SAICA
Previous experience as a Training Officer within an Audit environment or other similar position
