Our client is looking for a Night Shift Manager in the Security industry to join their team in

POSITION INFO:

Roles and Responsibilities

Hours: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM (most likely Thursday to Monday) Location: [Specify location]

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise night shift security operations and staff.
Monitor CCTV systems for suspicious activity or security breaches.
Respond promptly to emergencies and ensure incidents are managed professionally.
Maintain accurate nightly logs and incident reports.
Train and mentor team members to uphold security standards.

Qualifications:
5+ years in the security industry, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
Proficient in CCTV monitoring and security protocols.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain alert throughout night shifts.
