POSITION INFO:
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Notebook/Desktop Repair Technician to join our technical services team. If you’re passionate about computer hardware and thrive in a fast-paced service environment, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair hardware issues on notebooks and desktop PCs (e.g., motherboard, screen, keyboard, storage, power supply, etc.).
Perform upgrades, replacements, and full-system rebuilds in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and warranty policies.
Run diagnostic software and functional tests to ensure quality and compliance before returning repaired units.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service logs using our internal systems.
Handle Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes and adhere strictly to warranty protocols.
Collaborate with inventory, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless processing of warranty claims.
Follow ESD-safe procedures and maintain a clean, organized workbench.

Qualifications:

Matric
CompTIA A+
CompTIA N+
Valid driver’s license
Electrical Engineering
2+ years of hands-on experience repairing desktop and notebook PCs (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, etc.). Technician both in house and onsite.
Solid understanding of computer architecture and diagnostic tools (BIOS-level troubleshooting, POST codes, etc.).
Experienced board level repair Technician.
