POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

General administrative duties and filing
Typing of minutes, action lists, emails, and notes
Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
Follow-ups and telephone communication
Running errands when required

Requirements:

Excellent command of Word and Excel
Strong typing, formatting, grammar and organisational skills
Professional telephone etiquette
Ability to multitask and take initiative
Able to work under pressure in a busy environment
