JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Understanding the process in the operations and how they impact the overall profitability of the business
Assist shared services with information for insurance claims
Ensure inventory is managed and accurate records are maintained
Manages and is responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the ERP System
Investigates and corrects problems about computer data and printouts
Leverage finance expertise to drive value with strong business impact
Maintaining the financial health of the organization
Performance management of finance team is in place and monitored

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

Matric
BCom Accounting
BCom Honours
CA(SA)

Experience:

Completed Articles
5-7 years post articles experience
Management experience vital and ability to manage large teams
D365 experience is preferable

Skills & Competencies:

Proactive and good problem-solving skills
Proven team player with leadership skills
Hands-on approach and proven ability to work under pressure
Planning and organising skills
Strong technical aptitude
