Our client in the piping industry is looking for a seasoned Plumbing Business Operations Manager to oversee their team

POSITION INFO:
Key requirement

Relevant qualifications, Business, construction management or plumbing
Licensed or certified plumber
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of plumbing systems, regulations and compliance
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Experience supervising field technicians, subcontractors and support staff

Key responsibility

Overseeing and optimizing company's daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Strategic planning
Manage scheduling of jobs, technicians and resources
Resource management
Process improvement and quality control
Understanding KPI's and performance metrics
CRM
