Job Description


  • ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the execution of strategic and operational OD and change, with the ability to move between strategy and execution.
  • You will also need to demonstrate a strong understanding on how organisation effectiveness are enabled through effective design and deployment of staff resources.
  • The incumbent is required to have a minimum of 6 years’ experience (post qualification) in a specialist capacity in organization development and design.
  • Good knowledge of state-of-the-art organisation development and design, methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal   communication skills.

 Ability to communicate with the senior management level is also needed.
