Key Responsibilities:

Install, program, and maintain PABX systems for clients
Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on VoIP, analogue, and digital telephone systems
Configure extensions, voicemail, call forwarding, and other features
Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients
Liaise with clients to assess system needs and deliver tailored solutions
Maintain detailed records of installations, configurations, and service reports
Stay up to date with the latest telecom technologies and product developments

Requirements:

Proven experience with PABX systems (e.g., Panasonic, NEC, Yeastar, etc.)
Strong knowledge of IP networking and VoIP technologies
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Technical certification in telecommunications or IT will be an advantage
