JOB SUMMARY:
Our client an advertising and PR agency based in Central Cape Town is seeking a PR Account Manager who is a multi-skilled PR specialist to join our fast-paced growing team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Strong media contacts across national consumer and trade press
Experience in managing multiple Clients within a busy agency environment
Good Client relationship-building skills
High levels of communication both written and verbal presentation skills
Strong organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Strong writing skills with proven ability to secure coverage from pitches written
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
An enthusiastic “can-do” attitude and hard-working ethic
Passion for media and social media
Flair for creativity, strategic thinking, and innovation
Influencer, Strategic, and Management skills
Technical platform knowledge for reporting

Key responsibilities:

Fulfilling the Clients’ Key Performance Indicators
Campaign PR strategies and implementation
Event Management
Influencer Strategy, Implementation, and Management

Requirements
Minimum relevant experience and qualifications required:

Tertiary qualifications in Public Relations essential
At least 5 years working as a PR Account Manager
Previous experience in advertising or PR is essential
Valid driver’s license and own transport
