POSITION INFO:
A well-established company based in Kimberley is looking for an experienced Parts Counter Salesperson with strong technical knowledge of commercial vehicle parts. The ideal candidate is reliable, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements:
-
At least 3 years’ experience in commercial vehicle parts sales

Strong product knowledge (trucks, buses, and other commercial vehicles)
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Computer literate with experience on parts and sales systems
-
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple client needs
-
Valid driver’s licence is an advantage
Responsibilities:
-
Assist customers at the counter, telephonically, and via email
-
Accurately identify and supply the correct parts
-
Prepare quotes, check stock availability, and process orders
-
Coordinate with the workshop and warehouse teams
-
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Manage returns, warranties, and stock control procedures
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday | 07:30 – 17:00
Saturdays on rotation | 08:00 – 12:00
