Parts Interpreter

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and process parts orders accurately for clients and technicians.
• Assist customers in identifying the correct parts required.
• Provide expert advice on part compatibility and availability.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of parts inventory and pricing.
• Build strong relationships with customers, workshop teams, and suppliers.
• Manage backorders and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Minimum 3 to 4 years experience in a similar role within the automotive parts industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indian and Chinese vehicle parts preferred.
• Proficiency in parts catalogue systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.

• Technical background or qualification in motor parts advantageous.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple client requests.
• Experience in both front and back counter sales is beneficial.
