SUMMARY:
A high-end lodge is looking for a creative and skilled Pastry Chef to join their culinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual with strong technical ability and a flair for elegant, high-end desserts.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present high-quality pastries, breads, and desserts for daily service and special occasions
Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and consistency
Develop seasonal menus in collaboration with the Head Chef
Ensure stock control, ordering, and kitchen cleanliness
Mentor and train junior kitchen staff where required

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

3–5+ years’ pastry experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or lodges
Strong knowledge of classic and modern pastry techniques
Creative approach to plating and presentation
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work under pressure in a remote environment
Culinary or pastry qualification preferred

Work cycle (e.g. 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off – to be confirmed)
