Join one of the world’s leading diversified natural resource companies as a Payroll Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned payroll professional to play a pivotal role in streamlining payroll operations, ensuring compliance, and driving excellence across a global business.

As the Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for the following:

Collaborate with internal HR and Finance teams, as well as external payroll providers, to deliver accurate and timely payroll services
Stay up to date with local and international payroll legislation, ensuring full compliance
Maintain data integrity within payroll systems and lead auditing and reconciliation processes
Deliver insights and reports to support strategic decisions within HR and Finance
Contribute to payroll transitions, system integrations, and process improvement initiatives
Serve as the go-to expert for complex payroll issues and escalations
Uphold strict standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and data protection

Requirements:
5+ years of payroll experience, ideally within a multinational organization
In-depth knowledge of payroll legislation and statutory compliance
Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems such as SAP, Workday, or ADP
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
