Purpose:
Join a team where precision, people, and purpose intersect. As a Payroll/HR Administrator you’ll ensure our employees are paid on time, in full, always legally, while supporting critical HR functions that keep our organization running smoothly and compliantly.

What You'll Do:

Run payroll for monthly, weekly, and subcontractor staff using Sage VIP Cloud – accurately and on time.
Maintain payroll and leave records, ensuring compliance with MEIBC, MIBFA, and SARS.
Respond to employee payroll queries and discrepancies within 24 hours.
Coordinate recruitment, interviews, psychometrics, onboarding, and internal communications.
Assist with performance reviews, disciplinary prep, and HRIS updates.
Ensure HR practices meet ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Support BBBEE reporting, EMP501 submissions, and HR audits.
Actively contribute to our safety culture, performance tracking, and HR documentation systems.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years HR/payroll experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
Sage VIP Cloud experience (mandatory).
Familiarity with MIBFA/MEIBC regulations and HRIS platforms.
Matric + HR Diploma (NQF5) or similar qualification.
Exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
