SUMMARY:
We’re scaling our elite Paid Media team and need a data-obsessed Junior Campaign Manager. If you’re driven by numbers, thrive on technical precision, and want to master algorithmic campaign optimization (not creative), this role is your launchpad.

POSITION INFO:

Master Campaign Infrastructure:
Build/optimise Google, Meta & LinkedIn campaigns from scratch (lead gen, sales, awareness)
Diagnose tracking issues via GTM, conversion tags, and analytics audits
Enforce platform best practices with surgical precision

Own Performance Science:
Command Looker Studio to decode KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and automate reporting
Execute monthly account surgeries: identify leaks, prescribe optimisations
Govern budget pacing with zero-error discipline

Operational Excellence:
Advanced Google Sheets scripting for data analysis
Deliver pixel-perfect reports by the 3rd business day monthly
Maintain Google Ads certifications (all cores mandatory)

Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Speak algorithm not aesthetic: Your passion is bid strategies, not brand colours
Geek out on data: Your idea of fun is cracking a 0.5% ROAS boost
Certifications: Google Ads certified (Search, Display, Measurement, etc.)
Background: Degree in Marketing/Analytics or hands-on PPC experience
Reliability: Secure home internet + transportation
