Personal Assistant with Property/Real Estate experience (Northern Suburbs, Cape Town)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

  • Matric + Tertiary Qualification
  • Must have Property/Real Estate experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • Fully set up with a home office & strong wi-fi / internet connection
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Problem-solving and decision making.
  • Proactivity and self-direction.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Telephone etiquette
  • Energetic
  • Fast learner

Duties and responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling and sending out reminders.
  • Draft minutes of meetings.
  • Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
  • Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and group transport.
