Personal Assistant/Project/Investment Administrator
POSITION INFO:
Personal Assistant/Admin Assistant (Investments)
Sandton, Gauteng and Cape Town
Immediate start for 3 month fixed term contract
Packaging of client slides
Client specific slides, where investment specialist will provide the agenda for said client meeting & a draft will be provided to investment specialist (SLAs will be outlined)
Attend client reportback and take minutes to draw up a trip report
On a weekly basis (Fridays) a post-meeting-brief session looking at the meetings for the past week, investment specialist provides feedback, risk levels, upcoming plans & discussions to be captured as well as any documentation that needs to be stored. That would translate into monthly client minutes
Adhoc queries that the team cannot get to (on request)
A go to person between investment specialists -> product -> Admin -> Management
Some investment knowledge required
Some knowledge around institutional funds & administration processes
Experience in investments is essential
Fully-fledged minute taker o20.5l
