About the role
We are looking for a knowledgeable Plumbing Manager to oversee our Plumbing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of plumbing technicians, coordinating projects, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining high standards of safety. The Plumbing Manager will also be involved in budgeting, procurement of materials, and liaising with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of plumbing technicians
- Coordinate plumbing projects from start to finish
- Ensure work is completed on time and meets quality standards
- Oversee budgeting and procurement of plumbing materials
- Liaise with clients to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in the Property Development Industry
- Must be able to issue COCs
- Must have a PIRB qualification - registered as a Plumber
- Have a minimum of 3 years as a Plumbing Manager
