What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee a portfolio of bespoke life insurance cell structures (funeral, credit life, individual life, investment-linked, and more)
• Manage the full stakeholder network, including clients, intermediaries, binder holders, reinsurers, and administrators
• Review and interpret financial statements and insurance valuation reports
• Facilitate reinsurance renewals and oversee compliance with market conduct and legal frameworks
• Lead onboarding processes and internal alignment across technical teams (legal, risk, finance, and actuarial)
• Identify opportunities to enhance client offerings and cross-sell value-added life insurance solutions
• Stay on top of industry changes and regulatory developments to advise clients strategically

• A relevant tertiary qualification (Insurance, Finance, Actuarial, Legal, or related)
• 2–4 years’ experience in life insurance and/or financial services
• Solid technical knowledge of life products and insurance regulation
• Strong interpersonal skills—able to navigate high-stakes conversations with multiple stakeholders
• The ability to juggle multiple accounts and drive revenue and compliance objectives simultaneously
• Must either hold or be willing to obtain RE5 certification
