Job Description

This role is primarily responsible for supporting various lines of business in identifying and rolling out initiatives with key strategic partners. This will include engagement between the select key partners and Vodacom and to work with lines of business to deliver solutions, products and services. This would involve working on documentation, providing inputs and evaluation for financial business cases, supporting and define business rules, manage contracts and working with customer experience teams to define and refine customer journeys.

Qualifying criteria will include:

  • Matric (essential)
  • A relevant 3-year degree is essential
  • A minimum of 10 - 13 years related work experience is essential
  • A minimum of 5 years Telecommunications experience is essential
  • Exposure to account management and project management roles will be an added advantage
