SUMMARY:
Looking for a Procurement & Supply Planning Manager for a client in the manufacturing space based in Johannesburg. The key function will be collating all data from various divisions such as logistics, sales, finance etc . Proven experience in procurement, supply chain and inventory management at a senior level is key.

POSITION INFO:

Procurement and/or supply chain qualification is preferred
Ability to develop strategic supplier relationships and manage complex procurement processes.
Sound understanding of stock optimisation, supply chain efficiency and risk management
Plan and manage procurement and shipping to ensure timely, cost effective deliveries
Ensure reliable product availability to ensure optimal stock performance
Provide strategic leadership and detailed and accurate reporting to support business growth and supply chain performance
Very strong data analysis and analytic skills required
Working knowledge of Netstock or similar would be beneficial
